Work

Built and handed over

Organisations whose work was scattered across email, spreadsheets and phone calls, and the single systems we built to run it. Clients are described by sector and region only.

  1. Non-profit foundation, Seoul

One workflow for grants, approvals and reporting

    The problem

Donations, programme reports and spending approvals lived in email threads and spreadsheets. When a staff member changed, the history of a decision went with them.

    What we built

A single operations system that takes a request from submission through approval to the final report, with every step and its owner recorded in one place.

  2. B2B distributor trading between North America and Korea

Order processing across a fourteen-hour time difference

    The problem

Orders, stock checks and shipping confirmations went back and forth by hand across the time difference. Duplicates and missed orders were routine.

    What we built

An order system that connects intake, stock confirmation and shipping automatically, so an order placed overnight is ready to ship when the warehouse opens.

  3. Apartment redevelopment association, Seoul

Thousands of members, one record of every decision

    The problem

Consent forms, general-meeting agendas and cost-share notices for thousands of households relied on paper and individual phone calls.

    What we built

A member and decision-record system that keeps each household's status, consents and notices in one place, and gives the association a single view of where every vote stands.

  4. Construction site operator, Canada

    Dispatching vehicles across several sites

    The problem

Vehicles and drivers for several sites were coordinated by phone and messenger. Trucks ran empty or waited while another site was short.

    What we built

A dispatch system that takes requests from each site, assigns vehicles and sends the job straight to the driver, with the day's schedule visible to every site at once.

Every engagement is described anonymously under our confidentiality commitments to clients. We show no screens or internal material, and name a client only with their written consent.
