Nearly every client we meet has a shelf of successful pilots that never reached production. The models were fine. What was missing was the boring infrastructure around them: lineage, evaluation harnesses, access controls, cost ceilings, and a support model for when the output is wrong at 3am.
We design and build the whole path — ingestion and governance through to the interface where a human acts on a prediction. For regulated clients that includes model risk documentation, explainability that satisfies an internal audit function, and a rollback story that does not depend on heroics.
On applied AI specifically, we are deliberately unromantic. We scope to workflows where the failure mode is recoverable, measure against a human baseline you agree in advance, and kill use cases that do not clear the bar.
